Do not believe any TV LCD 32 inc come with the PIP. you can use as a PC monitor. if the model of the TV with the VGA connector directly. or if you need VGA – RCA converter. however. if the TV IPP. you can never watch TV / PC and at the same time. usually only large screen TV with PIP. (not all models), if the screen is too small for the eyes.
